Core must be returned assembled and complete. Disassembled Cores or Cores missing Parts are subject to be charged. All protective shipping brackets/straps furnished on the new unit (Converter, Electrical, Shipping plates, ETC) must be returned with the core. There will be a $20 charge for missing Brackets.
