Returns
Many remanufactured parts include a refundable core deposit. Return your old core and get your money back — it's that simple.
Keep the Label
A prepaid return label is included in every shipment that carries a core deposit charge.
Install the New Part
Install your new part, then remove the old core unit from the vehicle.
Pack and Ship
Pack your old core securely and attach the prepaid return label. Drop it at any UPS or FedEx location.
Get Refunded
Core deposits are refunded within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned core.
